H&H Group Announce Creation of New Business Area & CEO of Nordic Morning
H&H Group is now strengthening the organization to support increased growth. As part of this, a new business area has been created for data-driven digital communication and marketing.

H&H Group is now strengthening the organization to support increased growth. As part of this, a new business area has been created for data-driven digital communication and marketing.
In an increasingly complex and fast-moving world where the boundaries between channels and target groups become harder to distinguish, the importance of communication as a strategically important tool for realizing strategies and creating business results is increasing. Through strong positions in digital marketing and corporate communication, a unique combination of breadth and edge is created to handle these challenges for clients in a transformative environment.
From the start, Comprend and Nordic Morning constitute the foundation of the business area with 220 employees and offices in Stockholm, Helsinki, London and Malmö. Johanna Fagrell Köhler will head up the business area and, in addition to her role as CEO of Comprend, she will also take on the role as CEO of Nordic Morning.
By bringing Nordic Morning and Comprend together as the base in a new business area, we will be stronger in our deliveries to clients and we can effectively coordinate and collaborate between competencies in a way that benefits our clients.

The investment should be seen as the basis for continued growth in the area, both organically and through complementary acquisitions. Both companies will continue to live side by side but will strengthen each other in the continued development of the area. The agencies in the business area will continue to collaborate closely with other agencies within the H&H Group.
In practice, we already work together on a number of assignments. Comprend's customers have a great need for the expertise in digital marketing and growth that is available at Nordic Morning and Comprend contributes with its experience of strategy and corporate communication. In some areas, we also have similar competencies and opportunities to create increased value for our clients by collaborating in client teams.
