Bisnode Bisnode, a leading provider of business information in Europe, chose Ottoboni as their communication agency in 2008. The collaboration started with Ottoboni developing a new communication strategy resulting in higher consistency in Bisnode's values and offers. The goal was to strengthen Bisnode's brand by communicating a variety of advanced products in a simplified and accessible way. A new visual identity was created together with a new digital platform. Read more The next step was to increase the market's understanding of the whole Bisnode offer and for the way Bisnode's subsidiaries create synergy effects for their clients. 2010 we created the animated film "Bisnode in Plain English". The goal of the film was to explain the strength of what Bisnode and its subsidiaries offer in a simple, fast and clear way to the players in the European market.The film was a success and it now appears in most of Bisnode affiliates sites around Europe. Bisnode is for us a great example of a client who has much to gain by consulting Ottoboni for their communication needs at all levels. We are pleased that Bisnode understand the power behind great communication, and that they have given us the responsibility to work with them. Bisnode - in plain English "Bisnode - in plain English" is a film about Bisnode and a selection of their subsidiaries. The challenge was to quickly and easily explain what Bisnode's focus - digital business intelligence - is all about. The film was targetted towards the financial market in order to concretize Bisnode's offering and strengths to major customers. Web Site With the new web site we began the process of creating a new communication strategy providing a more consistent feel to the Bisnode Group's values andoffers presented in a more customer oriented, accessible and easily understood way. Another important aspect was to attract new talent by giving potential employees an idea of Bisnode's corporate culture and how to make a professional career and develop at Bisnode.The solution is based on EPiServer CMS 5. Bisnode has also chosen to use the EPi-application Interactive Scene developed by us at Ottoboni,who can easily create Flash animations on the web.The launch of the external web site happened before the summer of 2008 and was continued by the development of a group-wide role-based intranet. Intranet The intranet was first created as a prototype and tested in the Bisnode organization to ensure that the information architecture worked. The biggset challenge was the many different roles in the organisation. "With the intranet, we now have a common hub to the group creating opportunities to share experiences and knowledge across national boundaries in our quest to become the leading provider of digital business intelligence in Europe,"says Elin Ljung,Corporate Communication Manager for Bisnode Business Information Group. Examples of functionality on the intranet: a personalized homepage with regional and company specific sections, support for joinng multiple groups and networks, an automatically generated organization chart and newsletter functionality.
