Tre / Touch screens

Case description

Tre has 150 stores nationwide in Sweden servicing existing and new customers. The interior design of the stores is developed to inspire visitors and encourage them to try out Tre’s telephones and services.

Ottoboni’s assignment was to develop a concept using touch and plasma screens both as a source of information for visitors and as sales support for store personnel. The challenge involved developing a solution that made it easy for Tre to publish, change, add and administrate content, combined with the ultimate design and user experience. The solution was based on the EpiMore-module, Display Solution, an advanced technology solution that makes the tool accessible at all levels, for customers and visitors.

We have also taken the touch screen assignment to a higher level, including implementing a campaign for Tre’s latest X-Series concept.
