Our extensive work in collaboration with Fora involves the development of user interface flows in the company’s salary reporting service. The objective is to give the service a new look and most of all to provide users with a logical and user-friendly way to click through a number of key steps in the reporting process.
Our work has resulted in a new information structure and design. User-friendliness has been a key success factor throughout the project.
As of October 2008, salaried employees are now able to change fund managers themselves, a new service for which Ottoboni Group is also helping Fora to develop an information structure and design, once again with a major focus on user-friendliness.

Ottoboni Group began collaborating with Fora in 2008. We work with Fora in several areas. The focus of our work includes strategic advisory services, graphic design and profile work, campaign assignments and interface design for business critical user flow.
Fora administrates collective insurance and other insurance solutions encompassing approximately 3 million employees via their place of employment. Each year Fora handles over SEK 20 billion in premiums and fees from 200,000 companies for some 40 insurance companies, foundations and funds. Fora also assists employees in choosing how their SAF-LO pension is managed and provides information regarding collective pension insurance via SAF-LO.
